SISTERS IN CHRIST MENTORING MINISTRY

SCMM is a ministry co-founded by Linda Friedt and Faye Stephenson; who have been Christian friends for over 3 decades.  Understanding the value of faith and friendship we naturally enjoy every divine appointment and opportunity the LORD provides.

SCMM is a ministry of seasons, where growing and changing is an everyday occurance, for us and those we are blessed to serve.

SCMM primary focus is about connecting with divine appointments, building bridges with other ministries and sharing the life changing message of Scripture.  We share because we have been drastically affected by the very Gospel we teach, preach and follow.

SCMM have been going into Polk County Jail since 2005, and for a season we held classes at Second Chance, Lowell and Hillsbourgh Correctional.

SCMM volunteer as board members of the Second Chance Transitional Program.

SCMM volunteer on the Living Free Ministries, local and international deliverance team, under Pastor Paul and Claire Hollis.

SCMM  participated in the Living Free Ministries movie project "Unwanted Presence" both in and behind the scenes.  This movie is scheduled for release in Sept. 2014.

SCMM Food Pantry ministers to the community and those being released from jail and prison.

SCMM co-founders are licensed ordained Ministers and Chaplains and advocates of prayer.

We are a non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status and an equal-opportunity provider and employer
